Lose Fat Gain Muscle! Is it Even Possible?

How to build muscle is often a topic among men. Building muscle mass is not so hard. But we may often start work out for little while and give up quickly.
If you think about how athletes are trained, you tend to say no to exercise. Gradually, what is building up is fat instead of muscles.
It is often too late when you realize it. There are no tricks to build muscles.
If you wish to gain muscle fast, patience, persistence, and the right ways are crucial to the expected result. If you go to the gym 2 days a week, run for a mile once a week, stick to it, otherwise your previous effort would just go waste.
In addition, change your diet. Adding more protein in your daily diet could help muscles reshape. If you are determined, muscle mass should appear in no time.
Muscle is like built-in mechanism in a human body. It relies on locomotion, movement to change including growing and softening. If you work on it, it tends to build and tighten up.
Make a new plan for work out. Work out 3 to 4 times a week, spend at least one hour in it. If you have stopped for a while, it may hurt in the beginning, try 30 minutes the first time and add more time each visit.
Drink milk, even muscle milk if you like before you work out. Eat a high-protein meal after the gym. As your muscles are tightening up, you may feel stress. Massage regularly but do not depend on it.
You could build muscle mass fast even if you are not at a gym. Push-ups help with an immediate and obvious result. But don’t be too happy, the tightened muscle may relax after a while and if you don’t continue, it would continue to stay soft.
Remember, you need to burn fat. Change your mind set. Tell yourself that you enjoy burning fat. For instance, while you are running, imagine the fat is burning and like shedding sheep, the fat is leaving your body like air.
