The way Cardio works is you get your heart pumping which is a muscle as well. The more you get your heart to pumping the better the blood flow will be.

In return your body will start using fat cell reserves as energy to burn. Fat cell reserves that have the energy come from carbohydrates.

When you start burning the fat from a good Cardio workout you will start to gain muscle. Muscle growth will burn calories as well.

Cardio workouts are fun and can help you to lose weight by building the muscles and burning the fat. Take walking for instance; it’s not a fast paced cardio workout but it will get the blood flowing.

A leisure walk at 2.0 mph will burn around 300 calories so, try to pick the pace up to a comfortable level and push it a little.

You need to walk an hour a day at a brisk pace to get your blood flowing and to burn the fat.

Remember the more you elevate your heart rate and keep it going the more calories you will be burning.A good jog is a great cardio fat burner.

Jogging for an hour at 5.5 mph will burn 1,000 calories. Keep in mind when you are working out that you do not get discouraged. Muscle weighs more than fat.

When you step on the bathroom scales you might notice one week that you have gained weight. This is due to the muscle growth in your body from the cardio training you have been doing.

Muscles are mostly made of water so, when you are doing a lot of cardio workouts make sure to drink plenty of water.

So proper food with less fatty materials have to be taken in for good, happy, healthy life, In order to lose fat build muscle one has to have food that can be easily digested and also needs to have good exercise routine.
